When you purchase a beat on Beats&Bytes, you receive an exclusive license to use that beat worldwide in perpetuity. The beat is removed from public sale immediately after purchase.

• No refunds (tagged preview available before purchase)

Beats&Bytes retains producer publishing rights unless otherwise agreed in writing. The license grants you exclusive usage rights for your releases; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying composition unless explicitly stated.

After purchase, a downloadable Exclusive Beat License PDF is generated and attached to your account for record keeping. This document can be accessed in your profile purchases area.
